Be responsible for LVM (Low Voltage Motors) market share increase in all industries in defined areas.
Provide technical to support our sales engineers and implementing Low Voltage Motor products.
Review and coach technical with engineers.
Facilitate escalations and drive effective follow-up with responsible teams on highly complicated incidents.
Drive process improvement and increase knowledge sharing within the organization.
Coordinate regular training & updates for technical support team members to handle recurring issues and new products.
Develop and maintain effective troubleshooting flows for customers and fellow support personnel.
Engage with internal teams when necessary to prioritize customer requests and address both the technical and business needs of the customers to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participates in sales development activities to ensure a balanced team with the right set of skills.
You’ll make an impact by
3-5 years LVM sales or LVM technical support related experience in industries.
Deep understanding on transparency, e.g. vertical trends, key players, technical requirements, especially on low voltage motors
Technical Background of electrical motors is preferred. Bachelor or above in technical field will be a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passionate & self-motivated.
Excellent learning ability with good business sense.
Good intercultural skills.
Good of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office applications
Have own car and valid driver’s license with willingness to travel able to travel upcountry
