Lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team within logistics, comprising Product, Project, UX and Data specialists.
Take ownership of identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process and product improvements across the logistics function.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and align improvement initiatives with customer demands and supply chain requirements.
Conduct comprehensive benchmarking analyses of pickup, delivery, line haul, and sorting operations to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing the coordination and performance of our logistics network.
Drive change management efforts within logistics, ensuring effective implementation and adoption of improvement initiatives.
Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to logistics operations, continuously striving for improvement and operational excellence.
Demonstrate effective upward communication and management to align improvement efforts with organizational strategies and goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
