In this Role, you’ll get to
- Have a good command about audio-visual language art, write scripts according to the planning direction, and be able to complete shooting scripts for vlog and short videos.
- Responsible for the planning and writing of video content, and complete the video production and other work through the cooperation with the photographer, video editor and voice actor.
- Liaise and communicate with shooting departments, authors, guests, clients and other partners in the creation of video content and graphic content.
- Have strong team management ability, comprehensive coordination ability of personnel, control ability of the set site, can put forward their own suggestions and can constantly promote the improvement of the original solidified workflow.
- Surveyed the shooting/live broadcast site, organized the team to complete the equipment construction, circuit network, software and hardware testing and inspection of the live broadcast and shooting site, and ensured the smooth completion of each live steaming/shooting.
- Ensure the stability and picture quality of the company's programs.
- Daily maintenance of studio equipment.
- Directed the video editing work, and grasped the expression, rhythm and style of the pictures and sounds of the works.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor degree or above, film and television director or related major, 1-2 years of work experience in film and television media industry.
- Have good language skills, proposal communication skills, professional ethics, excellent teamwork skills.
- Have artistic pursuit, strong thirst for knowledge and sensitivity to new things.
- Skilled use of OBS, Vmix, camera, dimming, tuning.
- Be familiar with Premiere, know about Aftereffects, Finalcut, Photoshop and other related post-production software
- Understand the technology and parameters of live stream pushing and other related streams, and understand the relevant conversion
- Understand the principle, setting and connection of film and television equipment such as cameras, broadcasting stations and recording machines
