Innovation Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, customer insights, and requirements. Utilize this information to develop tailor-made innovation strategies and people transformation plans that address their unique needs and challenges.
People and Business Transformation: Create comprehensive plans to build clients' capabilities and drive people and business transformation. Identify skill gaps, develop training programs, and implement change management initiatives to support successful transformations.
Client Engagement: Analyze customer insights and requirements, translating them into actionable strategies that effectively convince clients of the proposed solutions. Engage with clients to understand their goals and build strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
New Business Solutions: Drive the development of new business solutions that improve RISE's products and services. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our offerings and stay ahead of industry trends.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement a strategic approach for engaging and acquiring clients. Collaborate with the operations team and other relevant departments to align programs and content, ensuring the delivery of the best possible results for clients.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, business consulting, or related fields. Experience in developing and delivering business transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business management, marketing, communication, economics, or other relevant fields. A strong academic background with a focus on strategic thinking is advantageous.
Possess logical and strategic thinking capabilities, allowing for the development of innovative and impactful strategies. Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
Ability to create impressive presentations and business proposals that effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and recommendations to clients. Strong storytelling and data visualization skills are desirable.
Demonstrate a passion for innovation and an active learner mentality. Proactively seek new ideas, trends, and approaches to drive continuous improvement and initiate new initiatives.
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proactive in engaging with stakeholders, seeking input, and building consensus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, including fluency in reading, writing, and speaking. Ability to effectively convey ideas, build relationships, and maintain a "can-do" attitude.
