Manage the team to develop the annual business plan for each distribution channel in partnering with channel heads and create the consolidated view for Chief Distribution Officer to ensure the alignment of strategy to achieve the Company’s aspirations.
Supervise the team in conducting business review by monitoring and analyzing the business performance including key business metrics and identifying success, challenges, and potential opportunities to provide recommendation management decisions.
Facilitate Distribution Channel heads in performing the monthly and full year business forecast for management and Group Office discussions.
Consolidate and coordinate with relevant parties to provide management dashboard to support ExCom and OpsCom regular and adhoc business reviews.
Budgeting
Facilitate all Distribution Channel heads in setting up the annual budget to achieve the execution plan to serve the business plan.
Manage the team to monitor budget across distribution channels, provide support in resolving budget and expense issues, and report CDO and CDSO on overall budget and expense summary.
Baseline Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields, Master's degree is a plus
More than 10 years of work experience in Business Planning, Strategic Planning or related fields
At least 5 years of distribution/sales channel experiences
Having experience in insurance industry is a plus
Proven experience in strategy related fields
Good command in English both verbal and written
