    Key Account Executive

    Position Details

    What You Will Be Doing:

    ● Involved in campaign management, including the planning of product promotion, product launches, product listing, campaign follow up etc.

    ● Maintain and develop business relationships with leading brands, suppliers and marketplace merchants. Following direction of Category Managers, drive growth of category and account delivering key KPI's: assortment, P&L management, ATP, commercial terms.

    ● Business owner for Key Accounts for delivery of KPI - P&L management - Revenue and Gross Margin, ATP availability, best costs/prices, among other metrics.

    ● Lead negotiations of key commercial terms and conditions.

    ● Assist in developing and implementing demand generation plans to grow site revenue.

    ● Set up the price, promotion in the Seller Center; Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok (voucher, bundle, etc.)

    ● Liaise with Designer Team on artwork requirements and monitor deadlines for completion

    ● Responsible for stock inventory accuracy and to address any discrepancy.

    ● Assist Customer Relations department on product knowledge.

    ● Generate analysis and sales reports regularly.

    ● Prepare and generate purchase orders, invoices and coordinate logistics for B2B operations.

    ● Logistic coordination when required.

    ● Other ad hoc duties assigned.


    Who We Look For

    ● Bachelor’s degree graduate.

    ● At least 1-2 year of experience in managing E-commerce platforms or relevant working experience in a similar industry

    ● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

    ● Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge would be advantageous

    ● Effective interpersonal and communications skills

    ● Strong analytical skills

    ● Strong ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

    ● Fluent English and Thai communication.
