Position Details

Quản lý hệ thống kế toán, sổ sách, hóa đơn, chứng từ và công nợ công ty.
Kiểm kê, đối chiếu hàng hóa xuất–nhập kho; ghi nhận chiết khấu, giảm giá hàng ngày.
Lập và xuất hóa đơn bán hàng.
Tính toán giá thành sản phẩm và xây dựng chương trình khuyến mãi.
Báo cáo thuế, tài chính năm, FDI và phối hợp cùng kiểm toán.
Kiểm tra, soát xét, lưu trữ hồ sơ, hợp đồng, chứng từ và chi phí.
Quản lý hồ sơ TSCĐ và công cụ, dụng cụ tại văn phòng và kho.
Liên hệ ngân hàng và chuẩn bị hồ sơ vay vốn khi cần.
Nhập bút toán ngân hàng hàng ngày vào phần mềm MISA.
Quản lý chấm công, lương và bảo hiểm xã hội cho dưới 10 nhân viên.

Manage the accounting system, ledgers, invoices, documents, and the company’s receivables/payables.
Perform stock checks, reconcile inventories, and record daily discounts and promotions.
Issue sales invoices for the company.
Calculate product costing and develop promotional programs.
Prepare Tax Reports, Year-end Financial Statements, FDI reports, and coordinate with auditors.
Review and archive contracts, documents, and expense records.
Manage fixed assets (FA) and tools (TA) records in offices and warehouses.
Liaise with banks and compile loan application documents, if necessary.
Enter daily bank transactions into MISA accounting software.
Handle attendance tracking, payroll, and social insurance for fewer than 10 employees.

管理公司会计系统、账簿、发票、单据及应收应付账款。
盘点与核对出入库货品，并记录每日折扣及促销政策。
开具公司销售发票。
计算产品成本及制定促销方案。
编制税务报表、年度财务报表及FDI报告，并配合审计工作。
审核并归档合同、单据及各项费用资料。
管理办公室和仓库的固定资产及低值易耗品台账。
与银行沟通，必要时准备贷款申请资料。
每日将银行借贷发生录入MISA会计软件。
负责员工考勤、工资及社保（员工人数少于10人）。
