Duties and responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting duties AP/AR/GL.
• Post all accounting transactions to Accounting software.
• Prepare of month-end closing and prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for small entities.
• Prepare Withholding tax report (PND.2,3,53,54 and PP36), VAT Report (PP.30).
• General accounting transactions and entering data to account’s system.
• Coordinate with the various team and support units to ensure timely and accurate data of daily, weekly and month reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor and Manager.

Skills and qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• New graduates are welcome, 0-3 years working experiences in Accounting.
• Proactive, open, outspoken, ambitious person / Self-motivation and discipline.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks in a short time.
• Fast learning and be able to work in team environment.
• Knowledge in tax and compliance.
• Fair command of spoken and written English.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of accounting systems required.
