IT Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day support on user’s request.
Maintain the Inventory of Asset.
Repair or replace damaged hardware and communicate with vendor (if needed)
Ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Update technical manuals regarding operations, procedures and Network schematics.
PC and Notebook support and diagnosing and resolving all Hardware, Software, and Printer problems.
Support of the Company's remote users with RDP/VDI and VPN Users.
Support for Google Meet, Zoom, and Workplace.
Install and upgrade required software/OS follow Learn Corporation standard.
Active Directory account creation/delete for all employees and account maintenance for all Company employees, including distribution list/mailbox/SMTP set up. Group creation/membership and permissions.
PC/Notebook builds/configuration and software installation.
Support of Google Product, Windows 10/11, MacOS, Ubuntu.
Various Microsoft and bespoke desktop application installation and support.
Rollout and patching of Operating System when necessary.
Office/Desk moves. Relocating all IT equipment following users/team office movements.
Able to travel to other provinces On-Site support branches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
At least 1-2 years demonstrable experience in the areas of IT Infrastructure implementation.
Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
Multicultural awareness and being able to work with people from diverse cultures.
Demonstrated an attitude of improvement, as well as proactive action to anticipate issues.
Fair command of both spoken and written English.
