Provide daily IT remote support, conference support, and solve computer installation, configuration, upgrade and other issues for global end users.
Responsible for regular support such as printers, video conferencing, and network troubleshooting.
Responsible for employee account permission management.
Assist the security team to implement anti-virus software deployment and security incident assistance.
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors and make good work reports.
Requirements:
College degree or above, computer and related majors, more than 3 years of desktop operation and maintenance experience
Proficient in MacOS, Windows and Ubunte systems, able to independently install and troubleshoot, know basic Linux commands and Mac terminal commands, and can perform command line debugging
Familiar with mainstream corporate email or platform management and configuration, such as Office365, Exhcange, Gsuit, Okta, etc., and can assist users in troubleshooting problems
Have a basic understanding of enterprise security, be familiar with or have participated in security training, have your own opinions on computer security prevention, and have experience in using and configuring MDM terminal security software. Symantec experience is a plus
Able to establish FAQ or guides according to the situation to assist employees to complete operations quickly
Able to withstand greater work pressure, have a good sense of service, and be results and action oriented.
