Define software, hardware and network requirements.
Meet with prospective clients to determine requirements.
Engage with clients to define the scope of the project.
Plan timeline and resources needed for project.
Identify and resolve project issues.
Prepare project status reports.
Well understand the responsible products to be able to advice directly to the customer.
Participate in academic training according to the occasion or when customers are notified of their needs . Including participating in exhibiting products that the company organized by various occasions.
Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Your Experience Includes
Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineer, Computer Science, Medical Technology, Medical Science and / or a combination of education and related work experience.
Minimum 3 years ’ experience in IT environment is essential .
Solid understanding of local healthcare market and hospital hierarchy, IT solutions, application of business concepts, quality procedures and practices .
Computer skills are essential. Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Problem solving skill.
Able to travel to support customer on site.
Able to work outside of office hours when required.
Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent communication skill in Thai.
