หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Responsible for network stable and availability.
- Have an experience with network maintenance and troubleshooting is advantage.
- Work within strict time frames and elevate incidents within defined timeframes.
- Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and business stakeholder requirements.
- Professionally represent the infrastructure team as a technical consultant on projects.
- Maintain the necessary project plans and documentation of all system builds and modifications.
- Interact and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, distributors and contract consultants to ensure that services received meet expected requirements of contract.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current infrastructure and future trends.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation as it relates to server and network topology, equipment, and configurations.
- Participate in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Disaster Recovery plan.
คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Bachelor degree or higher in Information Technology or related.
- Basic knowledge of OSI model, LAN, WAN, Internet, Network security. At least 1-3 years of experience in Network Architecture and Network maintenance.
- Good personality, human relations, and communications, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills, troubleshoot and resolve.
- Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management is advantage.
