Contribute to the development of performance measurement and productivity indicators including monitor services and support information provided by IT service providers align with SLA
Identification of IT operational improvement areas based upon SLA performance metrics to management
Perform IT compliance review according to the regulatory requirement
Ensure the effective compliance with the agreement and responsive to the business operation without risk from IT service providers
Coordinate and contribute with relevant parties to improve the IT governance process more efficient.
Develop consistent process to manage, monitor, support to vendors (Minute of Meeting, resolved issues, contract renewal, etc.)
Prepare and participate in the meetings with IT service providers, users, or any related parties to present findings and recommendations, as assigned
Improve and Maintain Relationship with IT Service providers
Conduct Satisfaction Survey and provide presentation for executive management
Perform other tasks required as assigned
Job Qualification
Experience in IT Management, IT compliance, IT governance, IT Risk, IT Audit or similar is preferred
Ability to comprehend conditions in the IT agreement both the primary agreement and scope of work including the conditions of the SLA
Have knowledge of ITIL, CMMI, COBIT, statistical analysis and measurement techniques
Good communication skills and ability to interact with the relevant parties
Have problem management, negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to work of own initiative and ability to drive others
Familiar with Microsoft products (e.g.MS 365, MS Office, Power BI)
Demonstrate standards of ethical conduct, behavior and integrity
