Knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications. (Order management system)
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues of In House system. (OSMS system, internal system (App/Web) where handling and finalizing a rental sales order)
Observational skills to recognize warning signs that indicate potential problems.
Think systematically for control process of extract data.
Understanding in data validation and how to check it.
Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards.
Support any ad-hoc activities as assigned by Subscription Business management not limiting to system, data, reporting related.
Strong administration skill and experienced in VMware, windows server infrastructure, cloud service (Microsoft), network management, e-mail system, information security, backup system
Qualification & Experience:
2-5 years of working experience in IT support, System Admin, infrastructure
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineer, IT or related.
hands-on experience in Network administration,
Excellent problem solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork
experienced in lot with project reference will gain advantages
