Job Description

1. Understand business processes and identify risks, control activities, thus conclude area for control improvement, cost saving or efficiency optimization via process interview, walk-through sample review, discussion and convincing.

2. Establish and maintain Risk Control Matrix and walk-through samples whenever business changes or upgrades.

3. To be able to prepare the Internal Control Process Review Report independently to assist the report to higher management.

4. Follow-up the remediation status via timely push and review of the remediation samples.

5. Be a process and risk consultant upon request of business department for the discussion of new processes or the review of policy or SOP documents.

6. Particularly, to be involved into the vendor sourcing, tendering and bidding steps of important procurement projects, to review and ensure sufficient control activities adopted till the end of the bid. (not a must but preferred)

7. Assist the Risk Management & Internal Audit Manager to conduct annual or semi-annual corporate risk assessment.

8. Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

9. Prepare internal control or awareness related training or communication materials to help improve internal control environment and risk management mindset of the company and the staff.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or above in accounting, business, logistic or any related fields.

2. At least 3-5 years working experience (Big 4 audit firms experience or Logistic is a plus).

3. Required language(s): Thai and Mandarin or English (Mandarin speaker is an advantage).

4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines

5. Capable of delegating multiple tasks.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Good analytical and strong project management skills.

8. Leadership and management skills with a high level of integrity and confidential.

9. Good understanding of COSO/SOX and MS Visio.
