Influencer - Specialist (6 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and content creators (MC).
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms on behalf of clients or the company.
• Assist in onboarding new influencers and contribute to talent discovery efforts.
• Support in managing the sample budget, and coordinate packaging and shipping of influencer gifts.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Maintain an organized influencer calendar and schedule collaborations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, social media platforms, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Open to Fresh Graduates!
• Strong interest and understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide insights.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Prior internship or coursework related to social media marketing or influencer management is a plus.
