IMS Planning Executive (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the supply constraints.
• Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location
• Identify issues / opportunities concerning major events e.g. factory shutdowns, promotion activities, transition of old/new products and etc.
• Analyze and proactive communicate supply issues to relevant parties with proposal to minimize it.
• Analyze relevant supply parameters and seek for improvements on regular basis e.g. lot sizes, production frequency, frozen period, etc.
• Engage in NCE activities in order to have continuous improvements

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of relevant operational experiences especially in FMCG, at least one of the following areas: Supply Planning, Factory Planning, IMS Planning, Demand Planning, Import / Export Operation
• Additional experiences in customer service and procurement would be beneficial
• Background in FMCG industry
• Skills in MS Excel and SAP
• Fluent in English
