Job Responsibilities :
You will analyze operation processes to identify areas for improvement
- Based on loss analysis, lead, drive, and support plant optimization for the HPT through process standardization and other systems to drive consistency and improved performance overall, making final decisions on processes needed to meet targets.
You will ensure the execution of the daily production requirements, coordinating with other team members, other HPTs, and others as necessary, to deliver the planned results (Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and/or Ticket).
- Monitor process performance to ensure desired results are achieved.
- Acts in a cross-functional way involving all departments. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure process implementation is successful.
- Working within the team, develop and align the strategy and plans to deliver targets and objectives that support the overall facility targets.
You will drive improvements through personal knowledge and expertise, as well as through the use of other experts as necessary.
- Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating the successful application of new methodologies, seeking out and piloting new tools, and creating innovative thinking.
- Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify best practices and standards for process improvement.
- Develop and implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure that regulations relating to health, safety, and the environment are strictly followed and that effective risk analysis is conducted.
- Support all plants in achieving their continuous improvement goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Production, or Science.
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the Manufacturing Industry, experience in tires an advantage
- Full spectrum of Business analysis functions; Production, Industrial Engineering
- Solid experience in working with all Manufacturing functions;
- Experience with data analysis and visualization, process improvement, and cost reduction • Team player, interpersonal skills, computer literacy, result-oriented.
- Flexible, presentation skills
- English communication business level
- Strong business acumen & possess a fair financial knowledge;
- Excellent skills as a Data Analysis & Visualization • Excellent presentation skills & upward communication;
- A good team worker with leadership potential;
- Solid knowledge in Process Improvement and Process Control. •
- Genuinely curious, with a passion for learning, and self-challenge;
- With short-term/long-term mobility to be relocating to other countries will be a plus.
