Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating prospects, and expanding the client base through a wide range of financial products and services.
Develop and maintain comprehensive, 720-degree relationships with high-net-worth clients, their families, and businesses, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the private banking landscape, and proactively adapt strategies and processes in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies governing private banking activities.
Provide personalised financial solutions and investment strategies, offering consultation and coaching to team members to enhance their capabilities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
IC1, Life, and Non-Life Insurance Broker Licenses required; IP License preferred.
Proven track record of success in private banking or wealth management, with minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Demonstrated deep understanding of wealth management products and services, financial markets, and investment strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results, while building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and internal stakeholders.
