Head of Leasing - Food Partner Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the tactics of the Leasing strategy on the retail portfolio that is aimed at ensuring the viability of the business and meeting overall business objectives
• Ensure a full spectrum of achieving occupation and revenue targets complemented are in line with the business aspects
• Drive to develop and maintain excellent relationship with stakeholder, brands, tenants, partners and ensure a high level of customer experience and satisfaction
• Provide extensive coaching to Leasing team in order to advice and provide for a recommendation to a local fashion brands to assist their transition into international-class Mall operations
• Always be ahead of commercial retail trends, maneuvering your team’s work and goals to align the Central Pattana’s long-term business direction
• Closely collaborate with development and property management teams to ensure concept execution is in alignment with the vision of the malls leasing strategies
• Provides coaching, guidance and growth opportunities to develop the high potential individuals
• Engage, enable, and support team to deliver the best of their capabilities and to realize their career aspirations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 10 years’ management experience in Commercial Retail Leasing, Merchandising or Brand Management with focus on driving commercial strategies
• Extensive knowledge of merchandising, deal structures, lease terminology and negotiation skills
• Successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships and resolving complex problems to business opportunities
• Strong business strategy and market development expertise with deep analytical and business modeling skills
• Excellent level of judgment and decision making skills
• Communicate well (written and spoken) in Thai and English
