Lead and manage a team of data scientists, and engineers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and feedback.
Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, platforms, and products that support the data needs of various projects and initiatives.
Apply advanced analytical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and generate value from data.
Conduct feasibility assessments to evaluate the potential impact of Data & AI solutions. Translate the benefits into financial KPIs and develop business case to represent ROI.
Prepare high quality management presentations to communicate and present data findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and advanced analytics.
Qualifications:
Overall 12+ Years of experience in IT/Digital Industry.
At least 8+ years of hands on experience in data science and advanced analytics, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent working knowledge of statistics, mathematics, machine learning, deep learning or other advanced techniques to solve complex business problems.
High proficiency in coding including Python and SQL
Excellent working knowledge in building and deploying data pipelines, platforms, and products using cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Deliver on assigned monetary value targets (Revenue / Costs / Cash Flows) by driving implementation of Data & AI solutions in supported business areas
Ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.
Ability to create a collaborative working environment for team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English & Thai.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Domain Knowledge of one or more divisions in Retail
Published papers or given talks in Data Science Forums
Hold data science related patents
Experience with data warehouse platforms
