You will be expected to align with product lines, sales, and marketing on a yearly product launch plan, identify training needs, prioritize, and plan deliverables accordingly to support reaching business goals.
You will be also asked to prepare a detailed plan that would cover timings, target groups, topics as well as the type of training (on/ offline) and deliver it according to the aligned schedule in a professional manner.
You will be actively driving training digitalization by launching and rolling out E-lucid platforms as well as capitalizing on other e-learning technologies for ex. webinars for reach, scale, and retention.
You must be able to evaluate training's effectiveness using different tools that include but are not limited to: tracking training completion, conducting surveys, creating effective tests, and assessing learners through observable behavioral changes.
Following performance trends, determining learning needs, and evaluating of learning program’s ROI (return on investment) will be an important part of your job.
You need to be able to manage the allocated budget, work every year in the budget process to define the training budget, actions, resources needed.
Essential element of your daily work will be helping create training materials, presentations/ demonstrations/ e-learning content using diverse types of software (ex. PowerPoint, Easy Generator) incorporating a variety of audio-visual materials (ex. animations, videos, augmented reality) to enhance the training and reinforce learning.
Your creation work will be supported by centrally developed materials that will require localization of your local language and adjustments based on the current market situation and competitors. You will need to be ready to develop your materials from scratch in case no central materials are available.
We will expect from you high-quality materials, aligned with Electrolux brands messaging and stories, having the end consumer always in mind.
Trade Presentations for the various commercial launches happening at country level for A brands
You will be required to work closely with the markets to track all trainings delivered, the feedback/assessment scores
Setup of Mystery Shopping programs in key markets and benchmark the performance over time
Implementation of Performance Improvement Plans for low performers
Rewards and recognition to retain top talent
