As the Head of Analytics & AI Business Department, you will lead and oversee the sales and marketing initiatives for our organization's Analytics and AI unit. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and creating a strong market presence for our analytics products and services. Your strategic leadership and expertise in analytics sales and marketing will be instrumental in driving success and achieving business objectives.
Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and value propositions for our analytics solutions.
- Lead the sales team in prospecting, lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
- Identify and engage potential customers, conduct sales presentations, and develop tailored proposals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management and post-sales support.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the sales team, prioritizing long-term customer success and retention.
Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our analytics solutions and create brand awareness.

Sales Enablement and Team Management:

- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.

Market Intelligence and Analytics Insights:

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

Qualification
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A background in analytics is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and marketing, with a focus on analytics solutions or related technology products.
- Strong understanding of the analytics market, customer needs, and sales strategies in the industry.
