Onboarding
Manage and update employee personal files; provide consultancy to employees.
Coordinate with stakeholders to consolidate data for payroll.
Document management
Prepare and deliver labor contracts, appendices, and related documents (e.g., COE, SI Book, HI Card).
Track document status, file/e-file personal records.
Support issuance of employee cards.
Collect data for SHUI, PVI, and bank accounts.
HR systems & reporting
Maintain accurate and confidential data in HR systems.
Generate reports as required.
Employee support
Provide on-site consultancy and assistance.
Handle employee tax-related documents.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) able to join full-time internship for 6 months (Monday to Friday)
Able to provide official internship recommendation letter from university (red seal stamped, internship period clearly indicated)
Well organized, detail oriented, careful, hardworking, enthusiasm
Eager to learn the Compensation & Benefits function of HR
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and English language
Location: Capital Place Building, 29 Lieu Giai street, Ngoc Khanh ward, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, Vietnam
