Work closely with Group EB Sales (Agency Channel) and Direct Channel team to understand distributions & business potential, requirements and challenges to determine business solutions, strategic actions or initiatives to optimize business opportunity and sales growth. This includes a deep-dive analysis or focus group interview to get insight from seller or customer views
Collaborate with BD & Marketing to develop marketing campaigns, sales promotion, and initiatives to increase active Group EB/IVS sellers, customer contact, marketing consent, IVS member penetration and sales conversion.
Manage project execution plan, action and deliverable timeline, monitor progress, track performance including revisit plan, refine the actions, recommend solution to tackle and response the issue and drive the results per business objectives.
Lead any new distribution initiatives or ad-hoc project as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Marketing, Engineer, Finance, Actuarial or Statistics related fields.
Preferable 5 years related working experience especially with Insurance background/Financial services or related field.
Experienced in management at least medium-size project with various stakeholders, driving business development initiatives, sales and marketing strategic actions.
Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
Sense of urgency (Ability to handle various jobs and deliver on time and correctly)
Result-driven, self-motivated, and innovative mindset.
Good analytical skills and systemic thinking.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
