In this Role, You’ll:

• Lead and execute day-to-day operations of global mobility services, including immigration, remote work, mobility tax, and vendor management, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, monitoring progress, anticipating next steps, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders

• Analyze and solve business problems by identifying critical issues, conducting relevant data analysis, and proposing innovative, practical solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency

• Drive process improvements by suggesting and implementing enhancements to mobility processes, and clearly communicating status, concerns, and feedback across the organization

• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure smooth onboarding, relocation, and ongoing support for employees, building strong relationships and understanding interdependencies

• Support and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices, and contributing to team meetings and events

• Champion People Team initiatives by participating in internal events, collaborating across the People Team, and reinforcing Agoda’s values and culture
  
  

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in global mobility services, with a focus on Southeast Asian countries

• Proven ability to manage complex cases and multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and process improvement

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including fluency in English (additional language skills a plus)

• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high volumes of work

• Proficiency in MS Products and a continuous improvement mindset

• Demonstrated ownership, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information

• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is a plus
