Our client, Navigos Search, is a Japanese manufacturing company (small scale) in Da Nang IP seeking a General Affairs Manager with the following job description:
1. General Affairs Work
• Manage daily general affairs tasks: accounting, cash management, HR administration, general work, administrative coordination.
• Supervise and work with external accounting firm on bookkeeping and tax matters.
• Handle legal issues with legal counsel.
• Draft, review and manage contracts with legal support.
2. Cash Flow and Cost Control
• Monitor cash flow; prepare cash flow reports.
• Optimize costs in line with business fluctuations.
3. Human Resources Management
• Supervise logistics/administration staff.
• Support the Factory Director in supervising 5 managers.
• Help develop management skills of production managers.
4. Communication and Coordination
• Act as a liaison between the Vietnam team and the Japanese Headquarters.
• Proactively communicate with the Chairman's assistant in Japan.
• Ensure smooth internal communication and effective teamwork.
5. General Administration
• Coordinate personnel: timekeeping, payroll review, labor management.
• Handle/support ad-hoc tasks.
* Workplace: Da Nang Industrial Park
** Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
