Gardening Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate gardening activities, including planting, watering, pruning, and general upkeep
• Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects
• Maintain the health and appearance of plants, flowers, and trees in our garden spaces
• Train and mentor junior gardening staff
• Ensure that all gardening tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to horticulture or other relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in gardening or landscaping
• Knowledge and expertise in landscape management
• Strong understanding of plant care and maintenance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
