Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate complex production workflows, involving multiple stakeholders
• Manage internal project timelines to meet tight deadlines
• Organize project resources and assets to allocate tasks to the production team
• Provide creative direction on playable ads spanning a diverse range of game genres to ensure alignment with client objectives and overall quality
• Establish and optimize internal production workflows
• Conduct comprehensive cross platform manual testing of playable ads to validate adherence to project scope and performance
• Validate compiled builds on using various web and mobile device testing tools for popular mobile UA ad networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Game Design, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a playable ads or a game production role
• Familiarity with mobile game mechanics and user experience principles
• Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail
• Basic understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, and web gaming technologies a plus
• Proficiency working and debugging in Chrome Dev Tools a plus
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal required
