Art Director

Responsibilities:

• Interpret creative briefs to develop concepts for execution with assigned project campaigns
• Understand a Branding & Social marketing’s needs and target audiences, through holistic campaigns
• Collaborate with a team of motion graphics, designers and agency, from concept development to delivery of final product
• Creative thinking and Art Directions from online to offline
• Hands on experience with creative ideas with 360 online to offline and Art Directions
• Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator, MidJourney or other visual design tools (Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus)
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong and able to work under high pressure

Required skills and qualifications:

• Proven working experience as Art Director, Creative Thinking with Creative advertising agency background
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Digital Communication or Art & Design fields
• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Art Director in advertising agency / retail / property management
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Proof reading experience and familiarity with standard style guides
• Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
