FP&A Executive, Zalopay

Job Purpose

The FP&A Executive plays a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial efficiency, optimize costs, and drive growth in both user base and transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Budgeting (30%)

·       Partner with relevant departments to collect data, develop assumptions, and prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.

·       Develop, maintain, and update financial models for budgeting and rolling forecast.

·       Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate the impact of market fluctuations, commercial term changes, and new product launches.

Management Reporting (40%)

·       Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports for the leadership team.

·       Perform variance analysis by comparing actual performance to budget, identifying key drivers and trends.

·       Coordinate with the FA’s VNG Group to deliver consolidated reports in both management and IFRS report

·       Implement new management report, dashboard to support Management demand on Zalopay performance

Business Partnership and Other supported tasks (30%)

·       Analyze the financial performance of projects related and collaborate with business teams (bank partnerships & lending) to enhance efficiency and profitability.

·       Develop scenario models to support strategic initiatives and optimize business performance, work with the Data team to build and refine performance dashboards.

·       Evaluate and implement insight analysis for user fee and optimize operation related cost in Zalopay

·       Support periodic evaluations with banks and assist in issuing bank guarantees when required.

Yêu cầu

·       Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

·       Minimum 1 year of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, banking, fintech, or digital payments.

·       Experience working with high-volume transaction data and fintech business models is preferred.

·       Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power Query and Power Pivot is an advantage.

·       Strong skills in scenario modeling and data analysis.

·       Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
