Understand Zalo’s business solutions (Official Account, Mini App, Mini Shop), including onboarding, workflows, and use cases;
Monitor and review merchants and shops on Zalo Mini App/Mini Shop for compliance with platform guidelines and quality standards;
Verify and support new/existing accounts, ensuring accurate documentation in compliance with internal/external requirements;
Track key metrics and generate reports for business analysis;
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve effectiveness;
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a seamless partner/user experience;
Maintain accurate records of documents and official communications;
Assist in growth activities, including meetings, proposals, and events.
Consulting/ customer service experience will be prefered;
Effective communication, integrity, logical & systematic mindset;
Hard working and eager to learn;
Sociable and patient in work;
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications;
Accept Freshers with high willing.
