Provide insights in latest industry trends and solutions in the market for banks and securities companies
Lead service development to seek for new opportunities in banking industry and capital market in South East Asia
Lead proposal development, managing end-to-end sales activities with support from ABeam management team in Thailand and from global banking and capital market team in regional offices
Act as a project manager to define work plan and budget for the entire project for banks and securities companies
Tailor project management methodology corresponding to different clients’ business context, cultures and project characteristics
Manage budget, scope, timelines, quality, risks, issues, communication, team resources and subcontractors across all streams for the entire project
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields
Required to have prior experince working for a consulting company
5-10 years of work experience in banking industry or capital market
Understanding of practical banking or capital market business processes and operations
Experience in managing sales activities including proposal creation and presentation
Good relationship with management level in banks, securities companies or other related companies in Thailand or other countries in SEA is a plus
Certificate in project management, finance, or other related program is a plus
Fluency in English (both verbally and in writing)
Excellent communication skills, being able to convey complex ideas to clients
Flexible in travelling both domestically and internationally
