Finance Manager - Internal Investment Banking

Principal Accountabilities:

• Participate in and manage all stages of financial due diligence for Merger and Acquisition opportunities.
• Be the part of the team to conduct and/or verify the feasibility study of new investment opportunities.
• Develop complex and integrated financial models for investment evaluation.
• To evaluate the bankable characteristic of the project and execute the preliminary sounding with related parties to obtain the financing assumption for the project valuation.
• By coordinate with related department, to manage the financial risks consequently arise from new investments.
• To support and provide the necessary input to the business development team for the Company’s internal approval process.
• To coordinate with other F&A function to ensure the smooth transition to project execution phase.
• To analyze financial environment of the Company’s focus countries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance/Banking /Accounting/Economic/Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years of experiences as Investment banker (IB), Corporate finance role, M&A investment or financial analyst
• Financial Model Background is preferable
• Knowledge in corporate finance, project finance and debt capital market is preferable
• At least 5 years of experiences as Investment banker (IB), Corporate finance role, M&A investment or financial analyst
• Financial Model Background is preferable
• Knowledge in corporate finance, project finance and debt capital market is preferable
• Be able to manage all tasks on time and high commitment
• Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
• Advanced analytical skills, interpersonal skills, initiative thinking and problem solving
