Provide general internal service activities incl. facility maintenance and management, infrastructural services, administrative support activities and ensuring security and business continuity to maximise efficiency to all parts of the business.
Ensures functioning and maintenance of facilities. Supports the selection and acquisition of facilities as well as their optimal utilization. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements and recommends plans to meet needs.
Site facilities maintenance planning
Evaluation of facilities management activities
Evaluation of maintenance plan (if provided by others)
Supervise maintenance activities.
OP/Cost Control (plan/actual level) from PR until billing
Lead the site EHS committee (if not performed by site EHS lead), at a minimum play a key role in the committee
Manage utility consumption (energy, water, etc.)
Who You Are
Bachelor degree in engineering or relate field
3-5 years experience for facility management or preventive maintenance
Data analysis skill
Fair/Good English communication skill
Have facilities management knowledge and skills: action planning, reporting, negotiation, project management, workflow management.
