FA Relationship Manager

Responsibilitie

• Recruit and on board new Independent Financial Advisor (FA) to FINNOMENA both individual person and corporate
• Set up training classes both before and after FA on board with FINNOMENA
• Works closely with FA to provide investment support and guidance and participate in meetings with FA clients.
• To track FA performance and drive growth of AUM to the company achievement (co-working with FA Development Team)
• Support operation workflow i.e. sell and buy transaction, bill payment
• To monitor & support Portfolio Recommendation Action (PRA) Service

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Human, or related fields.
• Coaching mindset
• Highly responsibility & service mind
• Highly in creativity and think out of the box

Skills & Experiences

• Experienced in financial industry at least 3 years with financial firm (especially Insurance or Asset Management will be a plus) or have investment background.
• Presentation skill and able to coach team.
• Professional in excel and google spread sheet
• Data driven ability would be consideration.
