Recruit and on board new Independent Financial Advisor (FA) to FINNOMENA both individual person and corporate
Set up training classes both before and after FA on board with FINNOMENA
Works closely with FA to provide investment support and guidance and participate in meetings with FA clients.
To track FA performance and drive growth of AUM to the company achievement (co-working with FA Development Team)
Support operation workflow i.e. sell and buy transaction, bill payment
To monitor & support Portfolio Recommendation Action (PRA) Service
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Human, or related fields.
Coaching mindset
Highly responsibility & service mind
Highly in creativity and think out of the box
Skills & Experiences
Experienced in financial industry at least 3 years with financial firm (especially Insurance or Asset Management will be a plus) or have investment background.
Presentation skill and able to coach team.
Professional in excel and google spread sheet
Data driven ability would be consideration.
