Proceeds claim/complaint from oversea customers (Region 1,2,3,4,5) in order to ensure that the customers get proper justification.
Investigates the initiation of quality problem and distribute to the relevant department manager to justify the problem.
Handles and coordinates with concerned department for returned product from oversea customer.
Arranges the quality improvement plan with relevant production area and verify the action plan.
Follow up the customer satisfaction in each region through export customer satisfaction survey in term quality improvement & after sale service both copy paper (Double-A & A-copy) and uncoated paper (A-print & Hi-WC) completely.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry,Physics,Printing and Packaging Technology and other related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome
Ability to work under high pressure
