Window person to customer for line technical issues and coordinate customer’s complaint to ensure each problem solved timely and successfully.
Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams.
Functionally head technical service staffs at the customer’s site and train and guide them to optimize the paint techniques according to the real status, reduce the unit consumption and paint costs.
Manage customer’s requirements and developments, i.e. receive, bundle, forward, initiate and monitor actions and acquire and continuously enhance his / her market knowledge and information on competitors.

Take lead for new line trial related technology and new colors.
Pass on customer requirements to the company via interfaces and manage customer complaints.
Ensure customer line evaluations are documented.
Coordinate with customization and product owners.
Work cross functionally with other departments to fulfill customers’ needs in support of company strategies and achieving targeted Selling Cost.
Driving new projects/ new customer acquisition initiatives through the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
Collaborate and communicate with regional and ASEAN account managers and related cross functional units.
Ensure product quality, drive change management and quality management.
Ensure all activities comply to all IATF16949, ISO14001, EHS rules/ regulations and RC requirement.
Plan and control the manpower requirements, headcount and budget, establish development measures and appraise the performance of the subordinate/ team.
Direct and prioritize the workload of team members.
Train (via on-the-job, in-house and/or external training programs) and coach the direct reports and develop the succession planning in order to improve the working efficiency, quality and professional skills of the team members.
Requirements
Bachelor or above in chemistry/ engineering related majors
At least 8 years relevant working experience in technical service
Commercial and technical knowledge preferably in the coatings industry
Good communication skills both in English and Thai
IT/IS competency in Microsoft applications
