Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Account, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary to expatriates is an asset
Good interpersonal skill and skillful in dealing with people from multifunction
Able to work under pressure
Good interpersonal skill, honest, and keep the undisclosed issues for both the Executive and organization confidentially
Maturity in performance with proper and independent decision making
High responsibility, a wit to handle and solve the unexpected circumstances and immediate problems
Computer literacy especially Microsoft Office (MS Words, MS Excel, etc) including Internet, especially advance skills in Excel preferred
Possess necessary secretarial skill e.g. typing, letter drafting or correspondence, filing, minutes of meeting taking, appointment and travel arrangements, etc.
Communicate effectively verbally, listening and in writing both Thai and English

Delivers correct and precise document preparations in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Organizes daily incoming correspondence, makes preliminary assessment and handles / responds as appropriate, prepares simple interpretation of documents / correspondence (English / Thai) if requisite.
Receives all incoming telephone calls and visitors to the Executive Office, provides / receives information or refers the matters to the proper persons to handle.
Keeps CEO's calendar constantly updated to facilitate appointment and meeting schedules.
Establishes and maintains various filing / records / database of business contacts, traces pending items and follows up as appropriate.
Functions as an administrative link between and among all employees, clients, and external contacts to ensure that all parties receive the relevant information.
Maintain confidentiality.
Practice professionalism in every situation with management, clients and employees, treating each other with respect and integrity.
Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements arrange and coordinate meetings, minute of meeting taking i.e. management meeting and events. Prepare and summarize all related documents for the management meeting, presentation, minutes of meeting, summary report.
Update and consolidate report each department
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
