Ensure the implementation of the overall Market Conduct Compliance (corporate culture, product development, sales compensation, sales process, communication & training and complaint management) are in place.
Engage with the business units to establish the Market Conduct Compliance and ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and regulations including Regional Compliance Standards.
Oversee and monitor the risk control of business units on corporate culture, product development, sales compensation, sales process, and complaint management.
Support and review the Market Conduct Training to the relevant parties, and ensure that staff, agent and broker understand bet practice Market Conduct and conduct the fair treatment for a customer.
Support the creation of Market Conduct awareness for relevant parties.
Report significant impact or issue arising from market conduct to the senior management or the relevant committees.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields.
3 - 5 years of working experience in Compliance or related fields.
Working experience in insurance industry, banking and consulting firm will be an advantage.
Excellent analytical skills, strong communication, presentation skills will be an advantage.
Positive thinking, self-motivated, good attitude and team-oriented working style.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Computer literacy in MS.Word, Excel, Power Point
