Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Event Officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of fundraising events.

• Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies aligned with UNICEF's fundraising goals and mission.

• Identify and secure suitable event venues that align with the organization's vision and budgetary requirements.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the fundraising team, marketing, and communications, to coordinate seamless event execution and messaging.

• Negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services for events.

• Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and on-site coordination.

• Monitor and evaluate the success of events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management to enhance UNICEF's fundraising events.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A relevant master’s degree is an asset.

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in event management, preferably in a fundraising or nonprofit environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• A passion for the mission and values of UNICEF, dedicated to advocating for children's rights and well-being.
