EV after Sales Service Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop end to end after sales service structure with supports from veterans in the field
• Design maintenance aftersales package and promotion 
• Assist customers and provide solution regarding product issues
• Coordinate between customers and service partner
• Managing budget, planning and ordering of part stocking from local parts to import parts
• Communicate with local and international supplier
• Work with a team to manage other after sales activities such as car registration, insurance, etc.
• Support product development by reporting issues and feedbacks to engineering team
• Working closely with admin support to follow-up customers after quotations or requests
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business communication or related field is preferred
• 3 - 5 years experience in related field
• Strong ownership, has experience leading projects or doing extra curricular activities 
• Service mind, Problem solving, Strong communication skills especially with customers, Pleasant personality and honest
