Job Description

• Work with suppliers to follow up Overall Equipment Effectiveness and report to management:
• Capacity confirmation with actual production by validate bottle neck process and collect process map.
• Improve and assist risk suppliers to enhance high efficiency production line.
• Quick actions to support production by take countermeasure at risk supplier to prevent part shortage (Dom & Export).
• To propose Quick Capacity Enhancement by validate actual process to optimization new tooling added to support customer demand.
• Business Continuity Plan provide/collect Information survey for update/maintain in BCP web app system.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Production, Process related with work standards
• Good organization, communication and analytical skills
• Possess the Initiative attitude
• Have experience process Improvement would be advantage
• Knowledge of JIT/PDCA/QC tool
• Knowledge of Kaizen continuous Improvement
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good English skills (Speaking and Writing)
