District Sales Manager (Hematology - Oncology)

Responsibilities:

• To coach/ feedback or counselling of the sales team (People development).
• To plan, implement, monitor and coordinate with Marketing for sales activities in order to achieve yearly sales goal and A&P control for the district.
• To develop good business relationship with clients and customers through field visit.
• To recruit, develop and retain Sales Specialty Representative for the assigned district.
• To work with NSM to stay up to date on managed market issues in district implement initiatives to maximize sales, and execute pull through initiative
• To collaborate with cross functional team (MKT, Medical, Market Access, Sales Force Effectiveness, RA, Ethics & Compliance, KAM, Training, HR etc.)
• To set performance management objectives based on relevant marketing plans and assessment of individual performance vs. Objectives.
• To obtain feedback and market intelligence from stakeholders and sharing in team meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related.
• Master’s degree in advantage
• Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing experience. (Hematology or Oncology experience is a plus.)
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
• Proven track records of achieving business results.
