Job Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

- Manage the daily operations of the exchange, including user registration, deposits, trading, and withdrawals.

- Ensure the smooth operation of the platform and handle various emergencies and urgent situations promptly.

2. User Experience Optimization:

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve user experience.

- Develop and implement user growth and retention strategies to enhance user activity and satisfaction.

3. Market Promotion:

- Participate in the planning and execution of market promotion activities to increase the platform's visibility and user base.

- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to conduct brand promotion and market activities.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly conduct data analysis and prepare operational reports to provide data support for decision-making.

- Monitor operational data to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.

5. Team Management:

- Build and manage the operations team, conduct staff training, and evaluate performance.

- Motivate team members to improve work efficiency and enthusiasm.

6. Compliance Management:

- Ensure the platform's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and maintain regulatory compliance.

- Work with the legal compliance team to handle compliance matters and risk management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, management, marketing, or related fields preferred.

2. At least 5 years of operations management experience in the internet or financial industry, with experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency exchanges preferred.

- Team management experience with excellent leadership and communication skills.

3. -Familiar with exchange business processes and operation models, understanding blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.

- Excellent data analysis skills, able to use data to guide operational work.

- Strong market promotion and brand-building capabilities, able to develop and execute effective market strategies.

4. High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, capable of handling high-intensity work.

- Innovative thinking, able to propose and implement improvement measures.

- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.

5. Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of bilingual work communication.
