Job Description:
- Establish, manage, and oversee daily operation of the accounting month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, employee reimbursements and utilities treasury.
- Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Handle and review all daily/routine accounting work, complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.
- Follow up receivables and payables to avoid financial loses of the company.
- Related tax declaration, prepare and submit related reports to government regulatory department.
- Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close.
- Assist with the annual/quarter audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes.
- Act as a project leader of the TFRS implementation: i.e. TFRS 15, TFRS 9, and etc.
- Work closely with CEO to develop the appropriate strategies across all areas of business in the areas of finance, accounting, and tax matters.
Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related.
· More than 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting.
· Experience in managerial level.
· Experience in ERP (MS Dynamic 365) is an advantage.
· Logical thinking, leadership, problem solving, common sense and interpersonal skills.
