Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising Campaign Management:
1. Create and manage advertising campaigns on various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and LINE.
2. Focus on generating leads and achieving target conversion rates and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Content Creation and Development:
1. Develop content and design for digital marketing operations.
2. Establish a distinct online presence through social media channels.
3. Integrate content marketing strategies across platforms to support business operations.
Process Management:
1. Oversee process management tasks such as online advertisement data statistics and monitoring.
2. Evaluate the performance of online leads in terms of quantity and quality.
3. Manage creatives, artwork, copywriting, and materials related to online advertising.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
1. Work with agency teams to execute plans within budget, targets, and deadlines.
2. Coordinate with Marketing, Graphic Design, Sales, and other departments to gather marketing materials and establish sales policies for lead generation advertising.
3. Insights and Recommendations:
4. Provide advice, recommendations, and problem-solving related to digital marketing.
5. Foster mutual understanding and improve marketing strategies by leveraging new technologies.
Reporting and Analysis:
1. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports based on data analysis.
2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of each media channel and identify areas for improvement to enhance conversion rates.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years in solid working experience in social media or digital in-house or agencies.
3. Facebook advertising and Google Ads advertising knowledge/experience.
4. Professional in Thai. Fluent in spoken and written in English (Mandarin is a plus)."
