Responsibilities:

• Engage with external partners (e.g. Facebook, Google) to address technical issues
• Gather feedback and suggestions from the team, collaborating on enhancements to existing functionalities
• Reporting on key performance indicators and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Providing insights and recommendations for improving overall digital marketing performance.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in online channels and digital marketing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the various components essential for success in digital marketing
• Analyzing digital data to draw key recommendations around key objectives such as acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Conducting content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, data, sales, and product development
• Creating and maintaining digital marketing dashboards to track key metrics
• Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Utilizing analytics tools to track campaign performance
• Conducting research to identify new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• English and Thai language proficiency
• University degree in a relevant field such as Communication Marketing, Statistics, Data etc
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on app marketing
• Proven track record of success in user acquisition and engagement for mobile apps
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (such as but not limited to Adjust, Google Analytics, PowerBI etc.)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices including SEO, SEM and ASO.
• Experience in vendor management and managing paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Google etc).
• Ability to work independently and part of a team with a positive attitude.
