Job Description

• Conduct marketing and pitching to potential issuers to promote new trend of asset tokenization and Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) process as alternative fundraising channel
• Perform in depth financial analysis of the project/asset that the issuer proposes to use as token’s underlying, including conducting market and business trend to project potential growth and expected return of the1project/asset.
• Responsible for conducting in-depth due diligence on a potential issuer who is interested in going thru Initial Coin Offerings, i.e. company analysis, financial analysis, and regulatory feasibility test to ensure issuer’s eligibility as per SEC regulation.
• Fluent in all Digital Asset laws, and regulations
• Structure legal vehicle of the token (such as trust or SPV), including discussing with legal advisor, tax advisor, and accounting advisor to due diligence all key considerations
• Prepare term sheets, valuation, and design investment return mechanism of the token
• Responsible for SEC filing for ICO by liaising with an issuer to collect required information and financial data for disclosure and coordinate with legal advisor to prepare SEC filing for ICO
• Responsible for sales and marketing effort throughout pre-launch and token offering period, including liaising with multiple sale channels and partners and conducting roadshow to survey the market demand and to ensure successful launch of the token sales.

Job Qualification

• Experience in investment banking, IPOs, debt issuance, financial advisory, investment product structuring, business consulting, or accounting/audit.
• Demonstrate strong interest in digital asset, blockchain, and/or asset tokenization industry
• Willing to work thru new regulatory and start-up environment and keen to build a new digital asset in Thailand
