    Digital Ads Sales Consultant (Thai speaking)

    Position Details

    Mission:

    • Manage and optimize existing advertisement campaign components, including but not limited to ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, and keyword research.
    • Assist in the creation and implementation of campaign strategies, including keyword research and analysis.
    • Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
    • Track account funds and maintain communication.
    • Pitch to and impact assigned customers in accordance with training, standards, and policies. Adaptively diagnose, resolve, and track end-user issues and opportunities based on provided guidelines and best practices.
    • Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard, develop, and optimize advertisers' campaigns.
    • Detect and understand customer needs and objectives.
    • Achieve productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
    • Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through outbound and inbound calls.
    • Independently and proactively manage day-to-day activities based on customer needs and incentives.
    • Implement new technologies and automation capabilities to enhance SEM efforts.
    • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management within your employment category and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.


    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
    • Have 1-2 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 1 year in an outbound selling role.
    • Possess excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
    • Be willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
    • Have previous experience, preferably in the digital industry, in a sales-focused environment, in areas such as:
    • Account management
    • B2B sales/business development
    • High-volume call center
    • Portfolio management
    • Customer/technical support
    • Be technologically capable and able to quickly learn customer service software applications.
    • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch effectively over the phone and compose persuasive proposals.
    • Demonstrate flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as required.
